雨徑綠蕪合，
霜園紅葉多。
蕭條司馬宅，
門巷無人過。
唯對大江水，
秋風朝夕波。

<Translation>
Green weeds have overgrown the rainy footpath,
in the frost-filled garden red leaves abound.
Lonely and silent, the marshal's house－
no one comes to its gate and alley.
It just sits looking out on the waters of the great river,
autumn winds and the morning and evening waves.
